Devil Doom is easy!
Just keep your ring count up and you should have no problem. Each time he brings up rubble and ring boxes get as many boxes as you can. Shadow usually automatically aims for rubble first because it can hurt him so clear the area and follow each ring box until you hit it. Chaos control can really help if your struggling so you can hit things easier but don't waste it!

 

Black Bull: Right when the battle starts go backwards away from Black Bull and around the corner. Kill the Black Arms here and steal their guns (A lot better than home attacking Black Bull all of the time).
Shoot Black Bull once or twice in the eye then follow him. If you catch up he should stop half way between the two corners and fire some fire at you. Shoot him before he does if you can, if not dodge and fire a shot or two.
Follow him back to the corner of the road and as he turns give him no chance and fire another few shots at his eye.
Keep doing this as much as you can as everytime you shoot his eye he will run away.
Once his health is halved he will roar and move even faster.
Soon after this your Hero bar should be very high. Once it's maxed out use it to stop time. You should be able to get many hits on Black Bull now, probally enough to defeat him!

 

 

 

Shoot a Ganado (human enemy) in the kneecap or lower. If you've done it right he should fall to his knees. Now run up to him and you should get the command 'Suplex'. Leon should do a wrestling-style move which smashes the Ganados head into the ground, sometimes smashing it completely.
