Hey, to all! Arch speaking to you all again after 34 issues of The Mobian. And I'm kinda disappointed. Thanks
to those that voted The Mobian as joint 'Biggest Improvement' but I really don't think I've got any better since I started.
Plots are jumbled and custom sprites are a mess. Meh, hope you enjoy the adventure though. :)
Onto this issue, and it's all about theft. My theft :). Most of these in-jokes and situations are stolen from
something.
- The "Spin" sprite was made by my friend Tom "Spintail" Birkin as a joke. An Arch recolour, he was making fun
of my MSN dispaly pic. Well the joke's on him ;).
- Battle effects. I know (s)he doesn't ask for credit, but Tanuke has made an awesome job on Sonic Battle rips
and the guy/gal deserves all the credit they can get.
- Fox Hunting. A PM from Hyperdude with a story idea was originally destined for Tails but I thought the 'joke'
would suit The Mobian's comedy character, Adamis. Thanks, Hyperdude.
- Fat jibes. A friend at my school thinks he's too fat. He also thinks he's too thin. The irony is he's just
right. :) The Adamis/Kekun scuffle is in honour of him, and may he stay medium-sized forever!
- Sonic Heroes. 2 obvious quotes taken directly from the game. (Team Sonic's selection screen and the Metal Madness
battle).
Thanks for visiting my site. My new counter shows that actually quite a few visit the place and I'm really happy
for that. :) It spurs me on to do more comics and I'll be at that #100 mark before the lot of ya!
